What we look for
- Public liability insurance, and employers' liability if you employ staff
- CSCS cards for everyone on site
- The right qualifications for regulated work, e.g. Gas Safe, NICEIC or NAPIT
- A DBS check, or willingness to get one, for work in occupied homes
- Your own tools and transport
- Tidy, respectful working in residents' homes, with RAMS followed on every job
