Tiles & slates
Slipped, cracked and missing tiles or slates, and where water could get in.
See exactly what's wrong with your roof before you spend a penny. Our drone photographs every slope, ridge, chimney, gutter and flat roof in minutes, you see the close-ups on the spot, and you get a fixed, written price.
We call you back within 15 minutes during opening hours. Prefer to chat? WhatsApp a photo of your roof or call free 0800 193 9030.
A drone gets close to the parts of a roof you can't see from the ground, safely and without anyone walking on your tiles.
Slipped, cracked and missing tiles or slates, and where water could get in.
Loose ridge and hip tiles and failing mortar, the parts most often lost in storms.
Lifted or split lead flashings, cracked flaunching and chimney pots.
Blocked gutters, valleys and outlets that push water back under the tiles.
Standing water, blisters, cracks and lifted seams on extension, garage and dormer roofs.
Dated close-ups of new damage and of the rest of the roof, ready for your insurer.
Flat roofs fail slowly and quietly, then leak all at once. A drone survey shows the whole surface, including ponding water and failing seams, so we can tell you honestly whether a repair will last or whether an EPDM rubber roof is better value.
Book a free flat roof surveyA drone is the quickest and safest way to see the whole roof. If the survey finds something that needs a closer look, we plan safe access for the repair.

Usually under 30 minutes. You don't need to go in the loft or up a ladder.
We show you the photos on the spot and explain what we found, repair first where it makes sense.
No extras added later, with a 10-year written workmanship guarantee on our work.
The UK rules for flying drones safely, including keeping the drone in sight and respecting people's privacy.
Working at height on roofs needs planned, safe access. A drone survey avoids unnecessary work at height.

Yes. Dated close-up photos of the damage and of the rest of the roof help your insurer see that the damage is new rather than wear and tear. We can also give an itemised repair price for your claim.
Drones can't fly safely in strong wind or heavy rain. If the weather is poor on the day, we rebook at the first dry slot or, if the roof is leaking, make it safe first.
