How long does a social housing kitchen or bathroom replacement take?
Five working days per property. One Upsize team covers every trade, from strip-out to decoration, in both void and occupied homes.
Do you work with main contractors, housing associations and councils?
Yes. We work on fixed basket pricing with variations to your schedule of rates. Our policies are written to SSIP standards and our PQQ is complete. CHAS and Constructionline applications are in progress for Q1 2027.
Do you install wet rooms and level-access showers?
Yes. We install wet rooms and level-access showers for social housing adaptations, commercial property and private homes, including non-slip flooring, shower seats and grab rails.
Are you insured and are your operatives vetted?
Yes. We carry £5m public liability insurance, and every operative is CSCS-carded and DBS-checked.
Which areas do you cover?
Peterborough and up to 40 miles around it, including Stamford, Spalding, Bourne, Market Deeping, Holbeach, Wisbech, March, Huntingdon, St Neots, Oakham, Corby, Kettering and Grantham.
