Upsize Property Renovation Ltd is a multi-trade contractor based in Peterborough and led by its two co-directors, Alexandru Balan and Laurentiu Dobinda. We deliver void and occupied property refurbishments on South Holland District Council housing programmes, turnkey kitchens and bathrooms for main contractors and housing providers, and roofing for homeowners and commercial clients.
Because one team carries out every trade, our kitchen and bathroom replacements are typically completed in 5 days per home, with less disruption for residents and fewer people for clients to manage. Every operative is trained, CSCS-carded and DBS-checked.
We work up to 40 miles around Peterborough, across Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire, Rutland and Northamptonshire, Monday to Saturday.
